The Ministry of Health said Monday that the vaccination of health workers in COVID-centers would begin on Wednesday. The vaccination will start at 10 am, with the medical workers at the Clinic for Infectious Diseases within the Skopje-based Clinical Center the first to be inoculated.
The vaccination site within the modular hospital adjacent to the clinic will include six vaccination posts, open from 8 am to 8 pm, with 10-minute slots.
Once the health worker receives the jab, the second dose will be reserved.
The first batch of 4,680 out of 8,000 Pfizer vaccines donated by Serbia will be used for immunization in the modular hospital. Once the remaining doses arrive in the country, they will be distributed to the vaccination sites in health institutions across the country, said the ministry.
