The “Constituency Relations Offices” is a project that the Assembly started in 2003 and is implementing with the assistance of NDI, USAID, IPD, the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation and ZELS.
“There is an assistant working in each office that has been opened, who assists the MP. Through direct communication with the elected representatives, citizens have the opportunity to exchange information, proposals and suggestions, with the purpose of increasing their participation in the work of the Assembly”, is written on the Assembly’s website.
However, the map with all the municipalities where citizens can connect with just one click is not working. Citizens cannot inform themselves through the Assembly’s website on who is the MP’s assistant who comes from their municipality.
Otherwise, the information is written only for men, without taking into account gender equality.
