CIVIL–Center for Freedom, as an organization for human rights and freedoms, most strongly condemns violence in any form. Attacks on media teams is absolutely unacceptable and deserves all condemnation and strict legal sanction.
An attack onjournalist teams is a crime, hence the latest attack on the cameraman of TV Alsat-M is a gross violation of the Criminal Code. CIVIL welcomes the swift reaction of the institutions and demands that the perpetrator be given a maximum punishment, as well as condemnation from the public.

Beating journalists is not only a serious crime, but is an utterly immoral and cowardly act! To seek freedom, justice and democracy is a transcendent human duty and responsibility, not treason. To beat, hate and defend crime – that is treason!
CIVIL appeals to the competent authorities to put an end to hate speech and accordingly sanction such narratives as well as crimes that may arise from hate speech.
