Bekteshi: Minimum wage to increase during Q2 2022

Economy minister: No further restrictions for hospitality and tourism sectors

Economy Minister Kreshnik Bekteshi said Thursday that the minimum wage is to increase to at least Mden 18,000 (EUR 292) during 2022.

“According to the projections and analyzes that have been made, minimum wage will probably increase in the second quarter of the 2022,” Bekteshi told reporters during today’s visit to the Bureau of Metrology.
