The State Electoral Commission prepared educational video manual. One can only wonder to what extent has this video had impact on the members of the electoral boards, who stand in the front rows of the polling stations and in the same time share the biggest responsibility for the regularity of the presidential elections held on April 13.

The State Election Commission (SEC) and the Administrative Court have rejected SDMS’s complaints, expressing suspicion that 20.000 deceased and displaced persons are listed in the electoral register in 22 municipalities around Macedonia.

The extremely extensive job that Civil carried out the last time is an additional motivation for the organization to increase its presence on Sunday with additional observers on the field, the number of which makes a total of 116 observers.
