Defence demands, Janeva doesn’t exclude Fetai and Bubevski from “Titanic 3”
Special Public Prosecutor Katica Janeva has rejected the demand for excluding prosecutors Fatime Fetai and Gavril Bubevski from the “Titanic 3” case, following the request for exclusion by defence lawyer Elenko Milanov. The request for exclusion was explained with the opinion that it is due to the latest developments in the SPO, which according to him, have changed since the last hearing until today, as well as because there is confrontation between prosecutor Janeva and prosecutor Fetai and Bubevski.
Ejup Altima and Ismet Guri from DUI are accused in the “Titanic 3” case for allegedly destroying election material as members of the Municipal Election Commission in Cair, at the local elections in 2013.
Kiceec and retiree Todorovskaa being questioned on “Racket” case
The second suspect in the “Racket” case, Zoran Mileski – Kiceec is giving a statement in the Prosecutor’s Office for organized crime and corruption.
In addition to him, today, retiree Liljana Todorovska also received an invitation, whose idea for construction of an elderly center, a type of nursing home, had been launched through the non-governmental organization International Association of Bojan Jovanovski – Boki 13.
Her name is mentioned in the scandal because 720 thousand euros had been deposited on her account by GP Pelister, for which she stated that representatives of the NGO of Boki 13 had immediately taken them away the money after she had withdrawn them.

“Today the nervousness in VMRO-DPMNE culminated. False news are coming out of the white palace, panic statements, press conferences. These nervous reactions are coming at a time when according to information in the media, one of the suspects, the mentioned Zoki Kiceec, has been summoned for questioning in the “Racket” case, is said from SDSM.
Is that the reason why criminal VMRO-DPMNE is nervous? Especially having in consideration that Hristijan Mickoski several days ago publically admitted that he had met precisely with Zoki Kiceec.
Previously from VMRO-DPMNE they asked where the bag with the money is, and from where SDSM has the money to renovate the party building.
Alternative: Selective justice produces an unjust state
Respecting the presumption of innocence, we are not giving ourselves the right to assume the role of a judge, but that is why we are calling on the Public Prosecutor’s Office, for the “Racket” case, to have utmost dedication, and, hence, for no one to be pardoned, whoever that may be and whichever function they may have. Criminals and racketeers have only one common identity, of crime and racketeering.
We are expecting for someone to be found in this country who will have state awareness and consciousness and who will want for North Macedonia not to be tuned from a successful story, which took place these two years, into a “septic tank”, where organized crime and corruption will flourish…
