At the “green” conference titled “Green society for all”, organized by CIVIL, green values, antinationalism, social justice, media and disinformation will be discussed. It is an annual conference on green values that is being held for five years in row at the end of October. This year’s edition of the conference will be held on Thursday, October 28, starting at 12.00pm at Park Residence Hotel (behind the Football Stadium), conference hall “New York”.
Like every year, representatives of civil society, institutions, government, political parties and initiatives from the country and the region will speak at CIVIL’s conferences. Like last year, a covid year, this CIVIL conference too is being held in extraordinary circumstances – between two election rounds of the local elections that are being held in the country.
A unity of ideas and action on green values, antinationalism and social justice are the topics on which the speakers will present their views, analyses and experiences. Among the speakers are university professor Mirjana Najcevska, activist Mersiha Smailovic, Blagica Dimitrovska from the NGO “Inkluziva”, President of the party DOM, Maja Moracinin, Astrit Istrefi from Balkan Forum, Kosovo, National Coordinator for Intercultualism Robert Alagjozovski, Slagjan Penev from Forum CSRD, Milos Dimitrovski from Izvor – Kratovo, journalistic veterans Zoran Ivanov and Aleksandar Nikolic Pisarev, Filip Stojanovski from the Metamorphosis Foundation, Petrit Saracini, Dehran Muratov, Diana Tahiri and Xhabir Deralla from CIVIL.
The conference also includes representatives of NGO’s from the country and the region, the government, as well as analysts, collaborators and members of CIVIL’s project team.
The conference will be broadcast live on CIVIL’s Facebook page and YouTube channel.
The event is part of the project with the same title that is being implemented by the organizational unit GREEN CIVIL, in partnership with the Heinrich Bǒll Foundation.
