In the morning of July 20, 2022, Russian troops opened fire on Kharkiv’s Saltivskyi District. Three civilians were killed, including a 13-year-old child, and one injured. The relevant statement was made by Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Head Oleh Syniehubov on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“Unfortunately, three civilians have been killed in Russia’s shelling of Kharkiv’s Saltivskyi District this morning, namely a 13-year-old boy, a man and a woman. A 72-year-old woman was injured,” Syniehubov wrote.
In his words, these data received from the Emergency Medical Services Center are not final. Reportedly, all of those killed were out in the street.
