The group said that “currently, on behalf of the so-called Russian human rights commissioner Tatyana Moskalkova, known for her boundless loyalty to Putin’s criminal regime, a letter is being prepared to the Turkish Commissioner for Human Rights, Şeref Malkoç, in which the Russian side asks the Turkish side to sort out the current situation with children being taken out for subsequent donation.”
“Obviously, in this way, the Russians want to divert the attention of the international community from the forcible displacement of children from the temporarily occupied territories, particularly from Mariupol,” the statement said.
