In two minutes of the interview with Hristijan Mickoski for TV 21, all of his political, but also personal frustrations, could be revealed. Unbelievable! There are structures in the country that don’t want honesty, vision and work, but want to remove him, for him to be gone, “preferably, also physically”. And he also complained of threats. And that there is no security from the state.

This came from the head of the richest party in Europe. It’s the same party that “became known” for its 11-year organized plundering of the state, election theft, structural violence and violation of human rights and freedoms. And he didn’t apologize for a single moment and didn’t distance himself from the recent past.

The party itself has a small army of “gorillas”, for which it’s known to be armed to the brim. Even its spokesperson is behaving like a street man and tormenter. And it’s he who complained that the state hadn’t provided him security! According to anonymous sources of Frontline (February, 2020), even his wife went to work (in a high school) with the official party vehicle and security.

He never explained anything to the public, neither about his past, when suddenly he acquired hydroelectric power plants, nor when he allegedly sold them. He didn’t reply to a single question, and kept the party in total isolation during all the key processes since the regime’s fall. His party earnestly hindered all important processes in parliament, and was particularly successful in obstructing the judicial reforms and the Law on Public Prosecutor’s Office. Publically, he hasn’t expressed a single view on any important issue for the country, for the region or for the world. Not once, since he was placed on the throne of the party. But he appeared everywhere as a brakeman, though he tried to do that too not so publically.

Is that why the citizens should pay Mickoski’s police security? In addition to the party one he has all the time? From the party that finances itself from the budget of North Macedonia and from who knows how many other places?

Mickoski doesn’t need security, he has it. He needs food for his endless need to be a V.I.P. No one wants to remove him, neither politically, nor physically. Some say that it’s even best for him to remain leader of VMRO-DPMNE, as this way he harms his own party. The party under his leadership lost in all political battles and processes, except in the local elections in 2021, even though there are relevant analyses that he is not credited for that.

In those two “critical moments” of the interview, Mickoski complained that he received threats daily, even against his life. The poor guy. The one who swears like a cabman on the social networks is complaining of hate speech against him. He and his party are part of international reports on disinformation and have gained worldwide “fame” as creators and distributors of disinformation and black propaganda.

Need we mention all the violence, starting from April 27, 2017, the attacks on the media and opponents, and up to the direct threats and violent behavior during the 2021 local elections? And only after Gruevski appointed him as his successor, to warm his chair until he returns to the country (if he ever returns).

If there really is hate speech against him, then it’s to be condemned and has to stop. Just as he can for once, at least once (!), condemn the hate speech in which he calls for extermination of entire ethnic communities. He can at least once (!) call on the party militants to stop the repulsive insults, hatred and calls for execution of politicians, journalists, intellectuals, artists, public figures… But how? Well they are part of the party! It’s the bots and trolls that are positioned in the party, but also in the state administration, municipalities, police, army, schools… How can he tell them that they need to stop?
