Registered legal entities in the Central Register has already been connected to the Document Management System (DMS), Ministry of Information Society and Administration said in a press release on Wednesday.
The government at its 129 session adopted reports on integration of the Information System for Human Resources Management with the Central Population Register, incorporation of the Document Management System with the Central Register of Legal Entities and integration of Document Management System the national e-services portal (uslugi.gov.mk).
Minister of Information Society and Administration Jeton Shaqiri said that incorporation between Document Management System and Central Register of Legal Entities has been finalized and has been operating successfully. He noted that the tender procedure for integration of the national e-service portal with Document Management System is underway and an agreement on maintenance of the system will soon be signed.
Shaqiri pointed out that the digitalization process is one of the most important goals they are committed to. Concerning the integration of the Human Resources Management Information System (HRMS) with the Central Population Register, he said activities are planned for the new HRMS system. “We aim to create capacities and increase citizens’ welfare and digitalization is one of the main factors to achieving this goal,” Shaqiri said.
