-The Administrative Court has accepted the complaint of Alliance and Alternativa regarding the results of the voting by lists of candidates for mayor and members of the Council of the Municipality of Debar for polling station 0543, and there will be a re-election there.
-The complaint of the Coalition Alliance for Albanians and Alternativa from Tetovo for violation of the voting procedure and summarizing the results provided for by the Electoral Code, is accepted. The results are annulled of the voting by lists of candidates for mayor and members of the Council of the Municipality of Debar, for polling station no. 0543 in the 2021 Local Elections, is said in the statement of the Administrative Court.
As they inform from there, the disputed Decision of the SEC has been annulled and has been decided to accept the complaint of the Coalition Alliance for Albanians and Alternative from Tetovo for violation of the voting procedure and summarizing of the results provided by the Electoral Code.
The decision refers to the complaint of AA and Alternativa that requested annulment of the voting in this polling station, which was supported by SEC member Krener Loga. According to Loga, the minutes of the Election Board are invalid because they were not signed by the majority of members of the EB.
Furthermore, it was stated that the President of the Board of the polling station on Election Day had been dismissed by the Municipal Election Commission Debar, but continued to perform his function.
