CIVIL on Election Day, Sunday, October 17, will hold at least five press conferences during the day as follows: at 10.00 am, 12.00 pm, 3.00 pm, 5.00 pm and 9.00 pm. If necessary, extraordinary press conferences will also be held. At CIVIL’s first press conference at 10.00 am, the report from the election silence in the country will be announced.

All press conferences will be broadcast live on CIVIL’s Facebook page and YouTube channel.

CIVIL will be present on the ground with almost three hundred mobile observers, and during the day, starting from 6.00 am until midnight, the offices will be open where the teams will be working on coordinating the monitoring, receiving and processing reports from observers, analytics and public relations. The press center will start with work at 9.00 am, with preparations for the first press conference at 10.00 am.

Election irregularities such as pressure, vote-buying, abuses, problems with the Voters Register, violation of election silence, hate speech, namely, everything citizens consider not to be in accordance to their understanding of free, fair and democratic elections, can be reported to CIVIL.

Reports can be submitted on the website slobodniizbori.info or in a Citizen application for which there is a banner on the internet portal civilmedia.mk. In addition, irregularities can be reported at the email (monitoring.civil@gmai.com), in a message on CIVIL’s Facebook page or by contacting the following telephone numbers: 02 / 5209 176 and 070 / 699 580 (Viber message is preferred).

Information that is sent to CIVIL should be accurate and reliable, with all necessary data. Photos and audio / video recordings obtainedin an unlawful manner –not be accepted.
