Everyone is wrong, taboo, stereotyped, and it seems to me that to a large extent it comes from the local governments themselves and comes from the tradition that NGOs are some dubious organizations that launder money. I do not like it when civil society is characterized as a sector, because if it is a sector, it is a partial drive or a narrow group around which we are chasing work.
