10,000 Pfizer vaccines are set to arrive in North Macedonia on Monday afternoon, with another batch of the same quantity to come on April 26. The vaccines will touch down in Sofia, followed by special transport to Skopje.
In addition, 200,000 Chinese vaccines will reach the country by the end of April.
About 35,000 citizens have been inoculated thus far.
Health Minister Venko Filipche has said the situation in hospitals is stable and there is no large influx of patients in public health institutions across the country, with sufficient number of available beds.
