NEWS OF THE DAY: Judicial Council dismisses judge from Skopje Criminal Court
The Judicial Council at today’s session dismissed a judge from the Basic Criminal Court Skopje, due to unprofessional and negligent performance of judge’s function. The procedure for dismissing the judge, as President of Judicial Council Kiro Zdravev stated, had been led for about a year and a half, but at the same time did not want to reveal who this concerns.
-I cannot tell you for whom we were deciding, however, the fact is that at today’s session we had a separate item for determining responsibility of a judge and our decision is that the judge is being dismissed from the position of judge of the specific court due to violation of the provisions of the court rules of procedures in regards to the application of the system, stated Zdravev after the end of the session.
CIVIL ACTIVITIES
In regards to CIVIL’s question posted on the organization’s official Facebook page – Will you get vaccinated against Covid-19?, over seven hundred citizens have replied. Most of the replies of citizens are that they will get vaccinated in order to protect themselves and other citizens and in order to return to normal life, to be able to go out without masks, to go on vacation, parties, to travel outside the country.
Some citizens will not get vaccinated because they do not trust the quality of the vaccines. “Who will get vaccinated is retarded, a coward and a servant of politicians, so no way vaccine, I don’t catch diseases, I myself am the diseases”, writes Aleksandar Dimitrovski.
