“This statement should be processed based on Article 394-d of the Criminal Code: ‘Spreading racist and xenophobic material by means of computer system’, because he is promoting and provoking hatred and violence based on religious belief and ethnic affiliation”, comments professor Mirjana Najcevska on Facebook following the post of Levica President and MP Dimitar Apasiev. Najcevska adds that at the same time, Apasiev is devaluating also the state measures for preventing the spread of Covid-19.
“At the same time, he is devaluating the state measures for preventing the spread of Covid-19 and is encouraging citizens not to respect these measures and to oppose the state bodies in their implementation. Having in consideration that the statement is not given within the Parliament, there is no need to demand revoking of the parliamentary immunity in order to carry out the necessary activities”, comments Najcevska.
Dimitar Apasiev on Twitter and Facebook wrote: It’s ten o’clock, it’s Epiphany, and the special forces of the MOI still haven’t arrested or beaten any Macedonian citizen!? Minister, is this how we’re going to preserve the tradition of state beating on every Christian holiday during the pandemic, which SDS introduced in Our Country?
