North Macedonia’s EU integration and the 2023 OSCE chairmanship will be discussed Monday in Vienna by Foreign Minister Bujar Osmani and Austria’s top officials, including Foreign Minister Alexander Schallenberg and Federal Minister for the European Union and Constitution, Karoline Edtstadler.
Austria is the last stop of Osmani’s mini-tour of the EU members in the immediate neighborhood of the Western Balkan countries, which included the Czech Republic, Romania and Hungary.
FM Osmani at his meetings with Schallenberg and Edtstadler is expected to discuss bilateral ties, current political developments in North Macedonia, its good neighborly ties and other issues of regional and international importance, the Foreign Ministry said in a press release.
The ministers are also expected to discuss economic relations and trade between North Macedonia and Austria.
