The team of CIVIL – Center for Freedom yesterday visited the municipalities of Lozovo, Sveti Nikole and Veles, within the framework of the project “Green Future” that the organization is implementing in cooperation with the Heinrich-Böll Foundation – Sarajevo.
The goal of this project is to improve public perception and knowledge about the concept of a society that fosters green values, social justice and anti-nationalism.
At CIVIL’s info stands, citizens had the opportunity to learn about the connection between these three elements, which are a precondition for a society that strives for democratic values and progress based on concern for the environment and the future.
They also had the opportunity to be actively involved by sending messages to the local and central government, to exchange opinions, views and information, freely and without restrictions on topics in the area of social justice, green initiatives and anti-nationalism.
What is important about this project is the fact that citizens have the right and opportunity to change things in society.
