The case in the Municipality of Aerodrom at polling station 2686, where the voting was interrupted for half an hour, has been resolved with police intervention.
It is not a “Bulgaria train”, as some of the media have informed. The voter, who was an elderly person, had folded two ballots into one and put them in the ballot box.
After the electoral board and the police had concluded that it was not a matter of violation, but rather an unintentional mistake, they apologized to the man and let him go.
