“On July 28, the Russians killed eight civilians in Donetsk region: three – in Bakhmut, two – in Toretsk, one – in Orlivka, one – in Hirnyk, and one – in Soledar. Another 19 people were injured,” Pavlo Kyrylenko, Head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, posted on Telegram.

Currently, according to him, it is impossible to establish the exact number of casualties in Mariupol and Volnovakha.
