A series of earthquakes, whose epicenter was detected in Greece, was felt in North Macedonia on Wednesday measuring three to four degrees of the European Macroseismic Scale.
The seismological observatory at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics in Skopje said it registered the strongest earthquake at 11:16 am and had a magnitude of 6.3. The earthquake was felt across the country, especially by people living in high buildings.
The quake struck 260 kilometers south of Skopje, in neighboring Greece.
