A total of 554 new cases of COVID-19 have been registered in the last 24 hours out of 4.072 tests. 891 patients have recovered, and a total of 17 deaths have been registered, announced the Health Ministry.
New cases are registered in Skopje – 309, Kumanovo – 44, Prilep and Veles-each 20, Tetovo, Bitola and Kavadarci – each 17, Kocani- 16, Kicevo-11, Ohrid -10, Kriva Palanka – 9, Gevgelia and Resen – each 6, Strumica and Shtip – each 5, Negotino, Sveti Nikole, Radovish and Kratovo – each 4, Gostivar, Struga, Vinica, Valandovo and Demir Hisar-each 3, Debar, Berovo, Delcevo and Probishtip – each 2, Bogdanci, Makedonski Brod and Makedonska Kamenica – each 1.
A total of 891 patients have recovered: Skopje – 360, Ohrid – 132, Struga-105, Kumanovo and Strumica – each 42, Tetovo – 26, Veles -20, Gostivar -19, Prilep and Shtip – 18, Bitola and Kicevo – each 16, Kavadarci – 9, Kocani, Radovish, Debar and Berovo – each 8, Gevgelia and Resen – each 6, Sveti Nikole and Kratovo – each 5, Vinica and Probishtip – each 3, Kriva Palanka, Valandovo and Dojran – each 2, Delcevo and Makedonska Kamenica – each 1.
A total of 17 deaths have been registered: 10 deaths in Skopje (93, 82, 73, 71, 62, 44, 40, 36, 34 and 33), 2 deaths in Prilep (75 and 64), and one in Kumanovo (85), Strumica (74), Kicevo (76), Kocani (63) and Demir Hisar (59). All of the registered deceased persons died in a hospital.
A total of 1.258.133 COVID-19 tests have been performed so far in the country. The total number of COVID-diagnosed patients in our country from the start of the epidemic is 187.622, the number of recovered patients is 168.700, of deceased persons 6.489, and the number of active cases is 12.433.
