The Ministry of Health informs, according to the data from the Institute of Public Health that in the last 24 hours:
3.929 tests were performed and 280 new cases of KOVID-19 were registered:
Skopje – 137, Prilep – 24, Ohrid – 18, Bitola and Stip – 15 each, Kavadarci – 13, Gevgelija – 10, Resen – 9, Kumanovo and Strumica – 8 each, Veles – 4, Valandovo and Bogdanci – 3 each, Kicevo and Demir Hisar – 2 each, Tetovo, Gostivar, Kocani, Struga, Negotino, Radovish, Vinica, Makedonski Brod and Dojran – 1 each.
156 recovered patients were registered from: Skopje – 70, Kavadarci – 23, Bitola – 17, Prilep – 13, Stip and Gevgelija – 6 each, Kocani, Kriva Palanka and Krushevo – 3 each, Negotino and Sveti Nikole – 2 each, Resen, Bogdanci, Kicevo, Gostivar, Radovish, Vinica, Probistip and Kratovo – 1 each.
During the past 24 hours, 5 dead persons were registered: one dead person each from Skopje (61g), Strumica (75g), Kumanovo (79g), Ohrid (71g) and Krushevo (45g). All of the reported persons died in hospital conditions.
According to the Register of deceased persons with diagnosis KOVID-19 from Moj Termin, an additional 5 persons were reported, who died in the period from 17.11-22.12.2021. The deceased are from Gostivar (2), Tetovo (2) and Kavadarci (1). The deceased are aged 62 to 69 years. Of those reported, 2 people died in hospital conditions, and 3 people died at home.
3.929 tests were performed through: IPH-501, CPH Skopje-37, CPH Bitola-92, CPH Prilep-46, CPH Tetovo-0, CPH Kumanovo-81, Clinic for Infectious Diseases and Febrile Conditions-0, Forensic Medicine-0, laboratory hospital Kozle-0, UK Pulmonology with allergology -0, CGH September 8-0, Institute of Microbiology-261, Zan Mitrev (Philip II) -37, Avicenna-96, Biotek-146, Sistina-58, laboratory Laor -292, Sinlab-20, Remedika-4, Fertility-69, Genea-7, Nikob lab-309, VFV Medical-76, Eli Medica-48, Royal Medica-62, Spectra-MM-12, Rapid Lab-17, Zan Mitrev Strumica-26, Nova Lab Diagnostics-0, PHI and PHI (rapid test) – a total of 1.632.
So far, a total of 1.574.100 tests of Covid-19 have been performed in the country.
The total number of KOVID-diagnosed persons in our country since the beginning of the epidemic is 223.211, the number of recovered patients is 210.475, the number of deaths is 7.904, and the number of active cases is 4.832.
