DAILY STATISTICS The Ministry of Health informs that this afternoon two more patients from Stip have recovered from COVID-19, who with mild symptoms were treated at home under the constant supervision of a medical team from the Stip Hospital.
SOCIAL PROTECTION The Ministry of Labor and Social Policy informs all households, which have been left without incomes or have been part of the informal economy, about the right to guaranteed minimum assistance.
With the purpose of lessening the consequences from the health-economic crisis, with a Decree with a legal force for the application of the Law on Social protection during a State of Emergency, a quick access to the social protection system has been enabled.
LOANS The Government at today’s 38th session instructed the Development Bank to conclude loan agreements with loan applicants fulfilling the conditions and criteria for interest-free loans. According to the information of the Development Bank, of the processed requests, 136 companies with 1.737 employees have fulfilled the conditions, and interest-free loans in the total amount of 1.263.079 euros are being granted to them.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION The Skopje Public Transport Enterprise informs that as of tomorrow, Thursday (April 9, 2020), and every weekday, there will be public transportation in the period from 5am to 9am and from 1pm to 4pm, namely, there will be no public transportation from 9am to 1pm.
PERMITS FOR MOVEMENT The Ministry of Information Society and Administration starting from today has launched a new electronic service for every citizen to able to apply for a necessary permit for movement during the ban, through the portal uslugi.gov.mk, instead of sending an email to the Ministry of Information Society and Administration.
Citizens in the need of urgent medical assistance during curfew hours can visit a health institution without any permit. If they are stopped by the police, they need to tell where they are going, and there will be sanctions if they abuse this.
This was announced today by the Additional Deputy Minister of Interior Slavjanka Petrovska in a reply at the Government video session.
ADDITIONAL MEASURES More than three passengers, including also the driver, are not allowed to drive in a same automobile, is said in one of the restrictions during the State of Emergency in the country, announced Slavjanka Petrovska, Additional Deputy Minister of Interior.
HEALTH WORKERS In cooperation with the City of Skopje, transportation will be organized with vehicles of the Skopje Public Transport Enterprise for persons who have permits and go to work during the ban on movement, primarily, workers in health institutions and the Clinical Center, who cannot organized themselves transport during the curfew hours, announced Minister Damjan Mancevski.
MESSAGES Minister of Health Venko Filipce with a message on Facebook wished all patients speedy recovery and said that he expects for us to hear more and more positive news, after it was announced tonight that two patients from Stip had recovered from the coronavirus.
