The event “City without corruption” was held yesterday from 12.00 pm to 3.00 pm at the Jadran Square in Skopje. The event hosted an exhibition of several previous actions held in the Western Balkan countries and Africa, where activists worked and did research on the topic of corruption. Also, there were exhibitions of citizens’ thoughts on how they imagine their city without corruption.
In one of the four “little houses” that were placed there, people passing by had the opportunity to “build” their ideal city. Furthermore, there was also a Christmas tree in which there were messages for a clean and healthy environment, functional institutions, justice and so on.
The event was held in compliance to the protocols for protection against Covid-19. The action was organized by Dragana Gunin, and supported by the Foundation Open Society – Macedonia.
