Following a report from a citizen journalist who wanted to remain anonymous, CIVIL Media also received a video showing loose stray dogs on the square of “Macedonia chasing people passing by”.
Stray dogs are one of Skopje’s problems, a problem that no government until now has dealt with. Should the citizens and tourists in Macedonia be afraid of passing through one of the most frequent places in the city?
