“Levica” and its members continue to attack Xhabir Deralla, the president of CIVIL, the organization and its members as a whole, as well as all progressive citizens of our country.
The latest attacks are published in the article entitled “Двојните аршини на западните пропагандисти (The double standards of Western propagandists)”, on May 5, 2021, signed by Redzep Ismail (Haktan) Presidium of Levica. This party, through its official, continues with manipulations, slander, insults and death threats against Xhabir Deralla and CIVIL.
Immediately after the publication of the text of his fellow party member, the head of the “Levica”, Dimitar Apasiev, known for his daily announcements of vulgarity, threats and calls for extreme violence, supported him on social networks, where he singled out the part of the text in which there is a direct death threat of lynching, which reads:
Anti-CIVIL column by comrade Redzep Ismail: “Slowly do not force yourself, because tomorrow both Zaev and the United States will gather their rags and leave, and you, dragging the hatred they have created, will remain in the midst of angry beasts – which, before, while they were tied up and small, you mistreated them with a cane”!
The intent of this black propaganda against a 22-year-old progressive civil rights organization is more than clear. Their goal is to disparage the activities, as well as the reports and analyzes of the organization that enjoys a huge reputation and trust, both from a large number of citizens in the country and internationally.
Even more than that, it is clear that Levica is part of the structures in the country that try not only to belittle and insult, but also to intimidate the citizens. Once again, this party reveals itself as one of the most destructive elements in the political scene, abusing its position to regularly publicly express its radical, right-wing, anti-democratic and ultranationalist views and programs.
The party views of Levica are clear, which are only a small part of the wider political and propaganda structures whose attacks are daily and last for years and are directed against all those who do not think like them. Their weapons are vulgarities, lies and death threats. Political violence is high on their list of methods of action.
CIVIL once again appeals to the institutions and independent regulatory bodies to finally take legal steps to prevent and sanction such behavior in public communications and the media.
At the same time, CIVIL calls on the entire public to resolutely reject and strongly condemn the lies, insults and calls for liquidation of dissidents used by certain political parties and their leaders.
