– The exclusive right to use the results of BRIMA’s OMNIBUS survey, section Political Barometer, conducted from August 27 – September 9, 2021, has been bought by “Sloboden Pecat” and is not paid by the Government with money in a tender of 120,000 euros to which BRIMA has not at all competed, reacts the private agency for public opinion survey BRIMA to the claims of opposition leader Hristijan Mickoski that their conducted survey, published in “Sloboden Pecat”, was paid with government money in a public tender, reports Sloboden Pecat.
Namely, Mickoski during his guest appearance on TV Kanal 5 yesterday, among else, stated that the “BRIMA survey is paid with government money in a tender” and that the results from the BRIMA research are not relevant and that he expects a victory of VMRO-DPMNE at the upcoming local elections.
Previously, the Government also reacted. It says that Mickoski’s claim is completely inaccurate and demanded an apology from him.
– At his guest appearance on TV Kanal 5, the leader of the opposition party VMRO-DPMNE expressed completely inaccurate information that BRIMA’s survey, published today by a media outlet, was paid with government money in a public tender. There is no public procurement for the survey, that is, BRIMA’s public opinion poll, nor has the same been paid with citizens; money. Such lies are irresponsible behaviour towards the public interest and have the purpose to harm the Government by misleading the citizens and undermining trust in the institutions. We ask for Hristijan Mickoski to apologize to the citizens and the Government for such a gross lie, is said in the reaction of the Government.
