Almost 70 percent of all investors would invest again in North Macedonia, which is seen as a solid base for further development of the business ties between Germany and North Macedonia, say Otto Graf, Deputy Head of Mission at the German Embassy in Skopje, and Mirjana Simonovska Kjuka, Head of the Macedonian-German Business Association.
They issued a joint statement about the poll on the business climate in the country, conducted by the Delegation of German Industry and Commerce in North Macedonia annually to learn more from the member-companies.
“As expected, the economy is concerned about the consequences from the Covid pandemic. The members of the association also listed problems in relation to legal and political conditions,” says the statement adding the Delegation of the German Industry and Commerce and the German embassy will keep on working confidentially with the Macedonian government to improve the conditions.
