The publication “Green Reader“, published by CIVIL, in cooperation with the Heinrich Boll Foundation, is the result of the the project  aimed for the development of resources and civic education based on facts about green issues and green values. The aim of the publication is, in an easily understandable way, to contribute to improving the level of knowledge about green issues and green values. “Green Reader”, in electronic and printed form, is intended for a wide range of readers, and can be especially useful for decision-makers and their public relations teams, civil society organizations, institutions and the media for starters, but also detailed familiarization with green issues.

In that field, Green CIVIL presented and promoted the publication “Green Reader” in Gostivar Municipality. At the meeting with the mayor, they discussed green issues and green values, as well as the projects that the Municipality is working on in the context of the Green Agenda.

Mayor Arben Taravari shared the latest information on solving the problem with the “Rusino” landfill. As the mayor informed, “Rusino” is expected to become a sanitary landfill according to all standards, although half of the job has been completed so far and the intervention measures at the landfill have been implemented.

Green CIVIL has left more copies of the printed edition of “Green Reader” in the hope that they will serve as an educational and informative material, delivered to citizens, civil society organizations and all those who will help them get more informed with the green issues.
