The EU will humiliate Bulgaria in order to give Northern Macedonia the green light to start negotiations, and all this is due to the failed foreign policy of Rumen Radev, told Nova TV former Bulgarian Prime Minister and leader of the Citizens for the European Development of Bulgaria (GERB) party, Boyko Borisov.
Borisov quotes French President Emmanuel Macron as saying that Northern Macedonia should start negotiations by December, which, according to him, means that the EU will force Bulgaria to make concessions and, as he says, it is all because of the country’s president, Radev.
Borisov claims that Radev is a great pity for Bulgaria
According to Borisov, Rumen Radev is a great pity for Bulgaria. He, according to the GERB leader, divided the parties in the country and they became anti-Radev and pro-Radev and anti-Borisov and pro-Borisov.
He expressed regret that things went in this direction and stressed that there was an opportunity for the two of them, as experienced leaders, to better cope with the crisis.
Borisov believes that if he is a candidate for prime minister, which, as he says, is wanted by GERB voters, it will cause division in Bulgaria. “If it is a party candidate for Prime Minister of Bulgaria, I would nominate Tomislav Donchev, but they will not accept him either, because he is related to GERB,” Borisov said, adding that he would nominate a man like Lozan Panov. transmits BGNES.
