In polling station 0048, Bitola, primary school “Taki Daskalo”, a person without an identification document, the voter having said that he had forgotten his ID card at home, was allowed to vote by the Election Board, while at polling station 0057,at the same school, a voter was registered in place of another voter, after which he was recorded in the log book; there is also violation of the secrecy of the vote by reading names of voters out loud by members of an Election Board.
Election irregularities such as pressure, vote-buying, abuses, problems with the Voters Register, violation of the election silence, hate speech, namely, everything that citizens believe is not in accordance to their understanding of free, fair and democratic elections, can be reported to CIVIL.
