For the “Titanic” case, the SPO has proposed over a thousand bombs, and at the hearings so far a little over 700 of the conversations have been heard.

Former Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski is to be trialed also for the case “Violence in the Municipality of Center”.

Today the trial will continue in the Criminal Court in Skopje for the events that took place last year in the Parliament of Republic of Macedonia. The case is in the evidence procedure and video material from the security camera in the Parliament are being presented.

Today in the conference hall of the Faculty of Security in Skopje a scientific-expert discussion was held on the topic “Reforms in the Administration for Security and Counterintelligence”.

“You cannot be efficient in dealing with the global security threats and risks if you are not constantly working on improving the manner and methods of work. We have formed an inter-ministerial working group that is supposed to offer the most appropriate model for reforms, primarily of the Administration for Security and Counterintelligence, but also reforms of the Intelligence Agency, as well as other institutions in this area”, highlighted Spasovski at the discussion.

International Romani Language Day

The Romani language (Romani chib) and its numerous rich variations was declared the official language of the Roma at the First World Roma Congress that was held in London in 1971. To date, it remains one of the most valuable identifiers and means of communication, socialization and cultural integration for 10-12 million Roma living in Europe.

Of the 25 member states of the European Charter for Regional or Minority Languages, 17 have officially recognized the Roma as a minority language traditionally present on their territory.

Not one of the Roma politicians, MPs, Ministers in Macedonia marked this day.
