The team of CIVIL Media asked citizens from Stip what kind of Macedonia they want. Aside from one citizen to whom it doesn’t really matter what kind of Macedonia just as long as there are good pensions, most of the citizens want a peaceful and prosperous Macedonia. But also a Macedonia that will be part of the European Union.
Still, there is a long way to EU and much work needs to be done, say the citizens of Stip. According to them, it all depends on how we establish ourselves, and as one lady from Stip stated, how we present ourselves before foreigners
“If we want a European Macedonia then we need to improve interpersonal relations, raise the level of culture in our country, and care for our environment…” said the people with whom CIVIL Media spoke with.
